Executive Chef Chad Roldan
Executive Chef Chad Roldan brings a collection of culinary influences inspired from his tenured career, which spans 23 years. A native of Southern California, Chef Roldan started his culinary journey in 1999 at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Upon completion of school, he accepted an internship for the Patina Restaurant Group and began working at Pinot Hollywood in the heart of the entertainment industry. During his time in Hollywood, he had the opportunity to open the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel in late 2001 as the kitchen lead where he was able to gain experience in Pan Asian and Sushi cuisine and received Hotel of the Year. Over the years, Chef Roldan held various positions including Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in California, Illinois and Arizona. Additionally, he had the distinct opportunity to cook at the James Beard House in New York City.
In his latest culinary venture, Chef Roldan currently serves as the Executive Chef at Easy Virtue overseeing the menu creation where he reimagines classic brunch dishes and invites guests to rediscover the magic of brunch, one bite at a time.
